These Terms of Service govern your use of FourCut (the "App") provided by Gritworks ("we", "us"). By using the App, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Description of Service

The App provides 4-shot sequential photo capture, frame and stamp decoration, and photo sharing and saving functionality.

3. Pricing

• The App is free to download with basic features available at no cost.
• The Pro upgrade is available as a one-time in-app purchase.
• Refunds are subject to the App Store's refund policy.

4. QR Sharing

• When using the QR share feature, photos are temporarily uploaded to our servers.
• Uploaded photos are automatically deleted after 24 hours.
• Anyone with the share link can access the photo.

5. Prohibited Activities

• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the App
• Using the App for any unlawful purpose
• Unauthorized modification or redistribution of the App
• Sharing illegal content via the QR share feature

6. Disclaimer

• We do not guarantee the uninterrupted or error-free operation of the App.
• Strips, stamps, frames, and other data saved within the App are stored only on your device. Deleting or reinstalling the App will permanently remove this data. We recommend saving important work to your Photos app separately.
• We are not responsible for third-party access to photos shared via QR links.
• We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the App.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to the App belong to Gritworks.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms as needed. Changes take effect when published on this page.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
